Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is by Australia Post and Star Track Express. Prices are calculated from parcel weight directly from the Australia Post server. Surcharges may be applied if items are volumetrically larger, and thus cause an increase in the actual postage costs. Large items that are standard post may be sent by Star Track courier rather than Australia Post. Most express will be sent by Australia Post.

Transactions and account details on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.We strive to be up to date with all software security releases and our website backend is secured by multiple layers of SSL and htaccess password protection. However If you feel uncomfortable using your credit card details online, give us a call on (03) 93878491. We are a real Australian shop with real Australian staff. We can take your details over the phone and will do our very best to have your purchased dispatch same day. Returns & Replacements

Torelli Australia has a no problem return policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase so if for any reason you are unhappy you may return any items purchased on our websites at any time within 30 working days after the day you received the goods. We do however need you to notify us of your return in writing using our return request form below. When your refund is processed, the funds will be credited to the original payment method. Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging in a resalable condition.

Who pays the postage on returned Items? If the product is returned due to incorrect supplied item or manufacturing defect we will pay the return postage. If you return something due to it being unsuitable or not fitting correctly, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.

Guarantee: All of the products offered by Torelli Australia are covered by manufacturer's warranty. If a product has a manufacturing defect, it will be sent back to the supplier. The time needed to be able to give a solution, is bound to the time every brand's technical service needs to administrate the claim. Torelli Australia promises to either repair replace or issue the corresponding refund in case the item suffers a manufacturing defect, depending on the final decision of the manufacturer.

Note: We are the manufacturers and importers of the TORELLI and CRESPO brands so warranty claims on these products are processed immediately.

If a manufacturing defect is recognized by the manufacturer, all the generated shipment costs, both for the return shipment as for the shipment of the replaced or repaired item, are on the expense of Torelli Australia. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of a product in case the returned item doesn't arrive in the conditions indicated in our returns policy.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We only accept credit card via the website, however we will accept bank deposit and bank cheques via a phone sale. We do not accept PayPal.

Viewing Orders

To view your order, login to your account up the top right of the page using the "Account" button then click "Login". To access more details once again click "Account" and go to "My Account" your orders are located in there.
