What is your shipping policy?

We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard shipping, express shipping, and international shipping. Free shipping is offered on some products, but long products such as Spearguns and Spears may incur a long item shipping fee to cover excess expenses to ship them.

What is your return policy?

Torelli Spearfishing Australia offers refunds,exchange or credit provided the conditions below are met. Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Torelli Spearfishing Australia reserves the right to refuse the return. Please note we do not offer refunds due to change of mind. We offer exchanges or shop credit.

  • All returned items must be in new condition and must include copy of invoice, any other paper work and accessories.

  • We can only refund, credit or exchange products provided they haven't been used and are undamaged.
  • Wetsuits maybe lubed and tried on for size assessment. If size exchange is required the wetsuit must be thoroughly rinsed and dried before return. If the wetsuit is received wet, dirty, damaged or used we cannot exchange.
  • Please return wetsuits packed loosely. If they are returned to us tightly folded, crushed & creased this will void your warranty or exchange.
  • Torelli Spearfishing Australia is not responsible for mishandling of products or ill treatment of goods.
  • Torelli Spearfishing Australia is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the use of any merchandise bought from us including lost or stolen equipment.
  • Claims for exchange, refund or credit must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.
  • No return on clearance items
Where is my order? (Tracking)

You can track your order using the tracking number that was emailed to you when your order shipped. The tracking number is also available on your account if you created one when checking out.

What if my order is damaged?

If your order is damaged, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We send domestically within Australia with Australia Post and Aramex for larger items. Please see their websites for time frames to your locations. International orders outside of Australia are sent with various couriers and often can will be estimated using the supplied tracking.

New Wetsuit Warranty

Torelli Spearfishing Australia backs their wetsuits with a 2-year warranty.


This warranty covers workmanship and manufacturing faults, gluing, stitching and delamination.


This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, negligence, rips, tears, broken thread and sun fading.


Torelli Spearfishing Australia reserves the right, before having any obligation under this 2-year warranty, to inspect the wetsuit, and all costs of shipping the wetsuit to Torelli for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. Any claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Torelli Spearfishing Australia also reserves the right to make the final decision on whether the warranty claim falls under defects in material or workmanship, whether it will be repaired or replaced or if it falls under general wear and tear.


This limited warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by Torelli Spearfishing Australia, including but not limited to purchases from internet auction sites. This warranty does not affect any other legal rights you may have by operation of law.

New Speargun Policy

Torelli Spearguns carry a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship used in or associated with the manufacture and assembly of this Speargun.

This warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable in the event of the Speargun being sold or otherwise disposed of.


The warranty does not cover power bands, bridles, spears, shooting line, line tensioner or decals which normally require replacement from time to time. It does not cover failure due to accidental damage, fair wear and tear, misuse, negligence or any alterations whatsoever in the form of or content of the Speargun.


Should service be require under the terms of this warranty, service is available from authorised Torelli dealers only. It is essential that you retain your proof of purchase so it can be verified that you are the original owner.
